In early October 2024, over 250 participants from 18 countries gathered in Kristianstad for the Spot on Food conference, an international rallying point for the entire food system. The days were filled with inspiration, knowledge and insights from brilliant speakers on stage, visits to local food and beverage producers and energetic networking.
The energy and strength that arise when so many parts of the food system come together is unbeatable. And best of all, this was just the beginning. Now, we roll up our sleeves and continue working towards a food system that stays within the planet’s limits.
