Join us on this exclusive road trip to explore sustainable food production. This full-day guided bus tour will take us to visit farmers, food and beverage producers:
- Gårdsfisk - Innovators and pioneers in sustainable fish farming on land.
- Wanås Gods - A unique historic estate with modern farming practices and sustainability at its core.
- Fagraslätt - Pioneers in legume farming and landraces, awarded Organic Farmer of the year 2023.
- Sixtorp - Collaborates with Fagraslätt, Sixtorp farm grows organic root vegetables and operates a popular farm shop.
- Balsgård Foodtech - Cutting-edge development of new technologies, processes and plant-based drinks and food.
- Lunch at Wanås Café is included.
The tour will start at 10 AM and end at 5 PM. The bus will depart from the Naturum parking lot, which is just a 5-minute walk from Kristianstad train station.
